Sergiy Polezhaka is the CEO, co-founder and firestarter at New Cave Media. In the past, award-winning photojournalist and videographer strongly and proudly influenced by Danish School of Media and Journalism, who came over to the dark side of the immersive 360°/VR visual storytelling.

Alexey Furman is a Ukrainian freelance photojournalist, Missouri School of Journalism alumni and co-founder of New Cave Media. As a photojournalist, he covered the Euromaidan revolution, the annexation of the Crimean peninsula and the war in East Ukraine in 2014 for various national and international media outlets, and received multiple awards for his work, including POYi, NPPA's BOP and Bayeux-Calvados Award for War Correspondents.

Kirill Zhylinsky is a graphic and web designer with more than 10 years of international experience, Bachelor of Communication Design, co-founder of New Cave Media. He began his career as a commercial photographer, and then completely switched in design.

Far in the past, Nikita worked as a full-time IT specialist. Then he decided to change his life and started working internationally as a photojournalist. He covered Euromaidan revolution and IDP's life in Eastern Ukraine for international news agencies. In 2015, Nikita lived in New York and worked as a freelance photographer. From early 2017, he began to produce immersive media content with the New Cave Media team. In NCM, Nikita is responsible for 360° video production and creating 3D models using photogrammetry.

In 2017, Sergey became a Fulbright scholar and now is getting his Master's degree in multimedia photography in Newhouse School in Syracuse, NY, USA. As a freelance photographer, Sergey completed more than 20 photo projects published in leading Ukrainian media outlets including Radio Free Liberty, Kyiv Post, and Bird in Flight. In 2016, Sergey started working with 360°/VR and joined New Cave Media.

Liza Nesterenko is a 3D artist. She has more than 5 years of experience in game development as a 2D artist, but about a year ago she found her passion in 3D.

Anastasiia Trepyton is a New Cave Media virtual worlds constructor, aka Unity developer. She started her career as journalist, but then abruptly changed her life vector direction to programming and VR technologies.

Nikita Bogdanov is a digital communications guru with an academic background in journalism, cultural sciences, and media communications. He is very enthusiastic about storytelling in new media and technology of the future and considers VR a new word in the field of quality entertainment content.

Dariia is a videograpgher and multimedia editor. She is an alumni of Alpbach Media Academy (2018). Dariia took part in Erasmus+ exchange programs in the University of Tomas Bata (Zlin, Czech Republic) and University of Groningen (Groningen, Netherlands). She accomplished multiple filmmaking and sound design courses. After coming back to Ukraine, Dariia worked as a journalist. She is currently doing a Master's degree in Media Communications at the Ukrainian Catholic University.
